Project context

Oladoctor needed to launch a trusted healthcare marketplace across multiple European markets while keeping patient booking, doctor workflows, prescriptions, referrals, and follow-up simple. The design also had to support localized content, pricing, and regulatory differences without fragmenting the product system.

Scope delivered

The work covered the core patient and doctor product journeys, public website, doctor admin panel, initial brand identity, visual language, component-based design system, and code-driven prototyping workflows.

Product and UX work

  • Designed the core patient and doctor journeys across booking, consultation, prescriptions, and follow-up
  • Created the public site, doctor admin panel, brand identity, and reusable component-based design system
  • Used code-driven prototyping to refine responsive interfaces in implementation-ready form
  • Ran funnel and geo-segmented UX experiments across Spain, Portugal, France, and Germany

Outcome

The project helped turn a regulated telemedicine marketplace into a clearer, more trusted product experience across patient booking, consultations, prescriptions, follow-up care, and doctor operations.

Design focus

The design focus was a high-trust healthcare marketplace with doctor and patient workflows, multilingual and regulatory complexity, design systems, analytics-informed iteration, and conversion-focused product UX.
